Background and Context of the Internship
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning, monitoring, and evaluating inclusive growth projects
- Collect and analyze socio-economic data to support sustainable growth in South Africa
- Research funding opportunities and potential partners
- Help draft official documents, develop communication products, and manage stakeholder relationships
- Support events and conferences, including preparing meeting minutes
Requirements:
- Final year Bachelor’s or enrolled in a Master’s degree (or within 1 year after graduation)
- Strong interest in development issues, inclusive growth, SDGs, and economic/social sciences
- Excellent research, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
