The MWR Internship Program is designed to give students real-world training in:

Recreation and special events planning.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

As an MWR Intern, you may:

Support the planning and delivery of recreation and community events.
Assist with fitness, wellness, and outreach programming.
Work with child and youth services (depending on location).
Contribute to business operations in hospitality and lodging.
Manage or support social media and marketing campaigns.
Deliver excellent customer service to Coast Guard members and their families.

✅ Eligibility Requirements

To qualify, applicants must:

Be a U.S. citizen or legal resident eligible to work in the U.S.
Be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university (at least half-time).
Be pursuing studies in Recreation, Hospitality, Fitness, Sports Management, Child & Youth Development, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Be in good academic standing.
Show strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
