Internship Overview
Position Title: OECD Intern
Location: OECD Headquarters, Paris (France) or Remote/Hybrid
Agency: Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD)
Job Schedule: Full Time (Flexible arrangements available)
Duration: 1–6 months (renewable up to 12 months)

Key Responsibilities
Intern duties will vary depending on the assigned directorate, but may include:
- Conducting research, literature reviews, and policy analysis.
- Preparing reports, technical notes, presentations, and working documents.
- Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data.
- Drafting background papers and supporting publications.
- Assisting in event coordination, communication planning, and evaluation.
- Supporting engagement with government officials, researchers, and international partners.
- Participating in team meetings, seminars, and brainstorming sessions.

Eligibility Requirements
To apply, you must:
- Be enrolled in a full-time degree programme (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D.) for the entire duration of the internship.
- Be available for a minimum of one month.
- Demonstrate strong communication and writing skills.
- Have excellent command of English or French (knowledge of the other is a plus).
- Possess strong analytical, quantitative, or IT skills relevant to the internship field.

Note: Online programmes or non-degree academic paths are not eligible.
Selection Process
The internship selection involves the following stages:

- Pre-Screening: The Internship Office reviews applications and shortlists candidates.
- Interview/Written Test: Shortlisted candidates may be contacted by hiring teams.
- Internship Agreement: Selected candidates receive an official offer and sign an agreement.
Internship Conditions
- Interns receive a stipend of €1,000 per full month worked if based in Paris.
- Full-time internships are 40 hours/week; part-time options (min. 20 hours/week) may be arranged.
- Interns are entitled to 2.5 days of annual leave per full month, plus public holidays.
- Interns must manage their own visa, travel, insurance, and accommodation arrangements.
