  • Help coordinate efforts to prevent gender-based violence and support survivors.
  • Contribute to key advocacy materials and reports that inform global humanitarian strategies.

๐ŸŒ What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Support SRH and GBV programming: Monitor the implementation of SRH and GBV activities, assess needs, and contribute to the Jordan Humanitarian Response Plan.
  • Engage with communities: Gather feedback from the local population to improve services and ensure inclusivity.
  • Communication: Help document and share success stories, assist in creating BCC materials for Syrian refugees, and contribute to advocacy efforts around women’s rights and gender equality.
  • Coordinate: Support UNFPAโ€™s efforts in humanitarian coordination meetings and technical working groups related to SRH and GBV.

๐ŸŒ Why Apply:

  • 12-month, fully funded international opportunity in Amman, Jordan.
  • Gain hands-on experience working with the UNโ€™s humanitarian programs, focusing on sexual and reproductive health and gender-based violence.
  • Support Syrian refugees and host communities in one of the worldโ€™s largest protracted crises.
  • Contribute to achieving the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals, specifically SDG 3 for Good Health and Well-being.
