🔹 About the Youth Delegates Program (“Grow Green”)

The GGGI Youth Delegates Program (also called the Grow Green Internship Program) is a unique opportunity for students and recent graduates to:

  • Gain professional experience in a multicultural environment.
  • Learn about GGGI’s mission and global operations.
  • Promote sustainable development and climate action through youth engagement.

Selected delegates will represent GGGI, enhance its visibility among youth, and actively contribute to campaigns and events such as GGGWeek2025.


🎯 Objectives

  • Represent GGGI’s mission, vision, and activities to youth audiences.
  • Strengthen GGGI’s visibility via social media and youth networks.
  • Align youth-driven outreach with GGGI’s global communication strategy.

🎯 Goals of the Program

  • Promote GGGI’s values and thematic priorities in youth-friendly formats.
  • Support the dissemination of GGGI activities and events (e.g., GGGWeek2025).
  • Produce original youth-focused content (social media posts, blogs, videos).
  • Actively participate in GGGWeek2025 and support event management.

✅ Qualifications

  • Students enrolled in Korean universities or recent graduates (within 1 year).
  • Strong interest in international organizations, climate change, SDGs, green growth.
  • Active social media presence (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, blogs) or proven digital content skills.
  • Excellent command of English or Korean (both preferred).

📑 Application & Submission

  • Submit via: GGGI Online Recruitment System.
  • Required documents:
    • CV (max 1 page)
    • Motivation Letter (max 1 page, in English)
    • Portfolio link or sample work (writing, social media content, videos, etc.) – mandatory.
  • Incomplete applications (without portfolio) will not be considered.

📝 Selection Process

  1. Review of CV, Motivation Letter, and Portfolio.
  2. Shortlisted candidates invited for an online interview.
  3. Final selection of Youth Delegates.

📌 Scope of Work

Orientation

  • Mandatory attendance at a training session (details to follow).

Promotion of GGGI

  • Conduct interviews with GGGI staff or management.
  • Promote GGGI campaigns/publications on social media.
  • Create youth-focused content on programs and country operations.
  • Support GGGI events as on-site staff or volunteers.

GGGWeek2025 Activities

  • Attend all official sessions (virtual or in-person).
  • Content creation during and after sessions, including:
    • Event summaries, blogs, daily highlights.
    • Social media posts (captions, reels, photos, takeaways).
    • Collaborative communication challenges.
  • All content must align with GGGI’s communication guidelines.
